In the time of knowledge economy, Human Resource has become the more important headspring of the value accrual than the goods and materials resource once again to both the innovation of knowledge and the use of high technology result. Human Resource Management is becoming the core of the management science in 21st century, especially the core of Chinese management science. At present, the higher education in our nation is being faced with a whole and profound change, and a transformation about management from traditional man-work to modern HRM is going along. The Human Resource of university is becoming the most important resource which makes universities run now and develop to the future because of its huge potential on creating knowledge. This paper's tenet is trying to inspect roundly the valued resource and seek for mode of HRM which fit with universities' developing targets under the socialistic marketing economy condition.On the basis of analyzing systematically the problems which existing in HRM of university with the theory of management science and economics, the innovation of HRM institution of university and the optimization of HR of university is researched in this paper.
