Concepts lead to the reforms. All the advanced teaching reforms start from the advanced teaching concepts. At the same time, Concepts are souls of the actions, which decide and change our teachers' classroom teaching actions. What kinds of the new concepts will be produced by this elementary education art course reforms? What new concepts and new atmosphere will be emerged in our classroom teaching by these new concepts. As for our teachers, how do we grasp them and bring them into the classroom teaching?The first part of the thesis tries to perspective the new concepts brought by the reforms of the art courses , through defining the changes ,developments, contents and extensions of the art courses so that the art teachers can understand the meanings of them and know why they should do like these . The second part focuses on understanding the art course criterions , the usages of the art textbooks and reasonable explanations of the new concepts and new atmosphere in classroom teaching so that art teachers can comprehend how to do this and how to bring them into the new art classrooms. It points out five teaching methods: 1.Make students centered, and promote all- rounded developments. 2. Encourage the explorations, and learn independent study 3. Step out of the classrooms, and experience the art in life. 4. Construct the atmosphere, and sense the art culture. 5. Multiple evaluate, accelerate the healthy growth of the students.
