Using the Korea-revised version of The Teacher-rated Questionnaire of 3 to 5 Years Old Children's Personality Development, the research firstly discussed the applicability of The Teacher-rated Questionnaire of 3 to 5 Years Old Children's Personality Development in Korea, which was developed by Lizhu Yang & Ye Zhang et al., and then investigated the developmental characteristics of Korea young children from the teachers'viewpoint. The subjects were 243 young children coming from four kindergartens in Seoul Korea. His or her teacher in the class rated the personality of every child. The results showed: 1) The Korea-revised version of The Teacher-rated Questionnaire of 3 to 5 Years Old Children's Personality Development developed by Lizhu Yang & Ye Zhang et al. was applicable to rated the personality of Korea young children. The reliability and validity of the Chinese version and the Korea-revised version were all good. 2) Intellect of 3 to 5 years old Korea children changes little, and the age difference is not significant. During the period of 5 years old, young children's autonomy develops rapidly and obviously. Conscientiousness/ Self-control and its traits develop rapidly from 3 to 4 years old, and become stable from 4 to 5 years old. With age developing, Responsibility and Self-control ability increase significantly highly, and Aggressive/Resistant behaviors decrease gradually. 3) The development of Emotionality of Korea young children is focused on the significant development of Impatient/Stubborn trait. With age developing, negative emotionality engenders slowly, and its duration becomes shorter and shorter. 4) The development of Prosocial Behavior of Korea young children is focused on the significant development of Ashamed/Guilt-ridden and Gregarious traits, which develop rapidly from 3 to 4 years old and steadily from 4 to 5 years old.
