Under the climate of global higher education, the university is the place that has the density of knowledge and the rich resource of talents, it is the place to train the talents, but also the place of creating the knowledge. The university faces how to improve own international competitions in order to improve our country's strength and international competitions. The cores of global competitions of higher education are research and talents training, while the team of key subjects leaders is an important materialization of these two cores.Due to the above reasons, this thesis chooses the team development of key subjects leaders as the research problem. The thesis mainly focuses on giving the definition of key subject leader, analyzing the requirements of key subject leader and constructing a stimulation model. The thesis takes the team development of key subjects leaders in Zhejiang Normal University as an example to analyze the affecting factors of key subject leader stimulation based on our stimulation model. We analyze such factors: the selecting system, training, performance appraisal, allotment system and environments. Finally we give some suggestions of team development of key subjects leaders in Zhejiang Normal University based on our analyses.
