Aiming at the difficulty in implement Inquiry-Teaching model and the bad effect of radical constructivism when we introduce constructivism , the writer put forward the ideal of unite scientific inquiry and knowledge construction in the article . In physics teaching , it can be united in meaningful learning. The learner should acquire meaningful knowledge by scientific inquiry and obtain the meaning of new knowledge by construction. The learner acquire distinct and steady knowledge so that realization the meaningful learning.According to the knowledge-vee model, the writer create the inquiry-construction teaching model and bring forward the teaching strategy, so that integrate the inquiry and construction in physics teaching. Combination the course innovation in elements education and the actuality in physics teaching, the writer put forward the goal and qualification then carried through the teaching experiment.The outcome of the experiment indicate that the scientific inquiry which was established in knowledge construction is efficiency and should be assured stated quality. On the other hand, the meaningful construction is impersonality in reason and it administer to obstain systemy-functionality physic knowledge. The unification embodiment that we pay equal attention to the process and result. It also realization the complementary of superiority. This research devised abecedarian explore and useful attempt on how to advance the learner carry through meaningful learning.
