| Under the circumstances of market economic system, schools place themselves in the midst of "Challenges coexisting with opportunities, competitions coexisting with strength" . For seeking the development, consolidating and developing their own advantages in society, all of the schools must pay more attention to design and combining their images, in order that the characteristics are beginning to take shape, and set up their good public images.Now most of the management practices and relevant theories demonstrate that the present emphasis has been put in the central task of system standardization, while few of the theories regard "culture" as a means of management. In other words, we absent from explanations and operation modes which combine and refine the cultural characteristics of schools, so we can't promote the managing grade of schools to a certain degree. The strategy of CIS (Corporate Identity System) comprises three parts, MI, VI and BI. It is a strategy which mixes the ideas of modern design and managing theories, aiming at portraying the schools' individual character, giving prominence to spirit .of humanism, promoting the popularity and competitiveness.This text mainly adopts comparative method, documented method, investigative method, and some other methods. It comprehensively makes a research of the phenomenon of culture in schools by studying the background and meaning,connotation and characteristic,structure and function,design and mould as well as approaches and strategy of CIS, and it strives after renewing and developing the theory and practice of the schools' culture construction. This must be helpful to exploration of advancing the management and administration to culture management, and then set up a brand image which has its own characteristic. |
