On one hand, because the society has the greatest esteem for the exam-oriented education, art lessons have drawn little attention of schools, parents and students, which makes art lessons something ornamental, and it is generally considered that art lessons are not essential and it makes little difference whether to have them or not.Third, there is little investment and almost no learning utensils in art education, which makes it impossible for most students to practice art skills and hard to meet the basic needs of classroom teaching. Some schools even don't have enough textbooks for all the students, causing great difficulty in classroom teaching of art lessons.
