The environmental transmigration undertaken by Pinglu district government of Shanxi province involved eight outlying montanic villages, all of which settled at a new transmigrant village of District Pinglu - Beiping village. The original material has been acquired from the questionnaire of the present educational condition of 73 teachers and 255 students of the Beiping Experimental School of Pinglu district, Shuozhou city, Shanxi province, to propose an analysis of the current schooling condition of transmigrant children, which proceeds from two influential aspects of schooling: Internal factors of schooling and family factors. The following are discovered from the analysis of the present schooling condition. Firstly, the school's administration is inefficient and unscientific. Secondly, influenced by the multiple teaching mode, the students' age and knowledge structures are not reasonable, which empresses a disadvantageous influence to the school's later education. Thirdly, the teaching staff is low in quality and short in number. Fourthly, the building of schoolhouses has made rapid progress, but the living condition needs the further improvement. Finally, the teaching books and instrument are in a heavy shortage. However, the current facilities can't be made well use because of inefficient management, which leads to a waste of the deficient teaching resources. It is also discovered in the investigation and analysis of the current family situations that there are several factors which affects the realization of children's education.
