"Reading is the key issue of education". Many people devoted to reforming the Chinese instruction and they have made certain achievements. No wonder,there still exist some problems, such as the teacher is on the dominant position,the students can not show their principal part position, the interaction between the teacher and students is very simple and superficial, and the students can not deeply master the ideas of the instruction content,those are all in contradiction with the original intention of information technology environment supporting. The model of junior Chinese synergic reading teaching is advanced under such situation. The model focuses on the relationship among the teacher,the media and the resources,which are to be associated synergistically but not simply to be added up together. There is a non-linear function for each element, the model intents to develop the potential resources by elements working together. It means: 1+1>2. By this way, we expect to enhance the reading ability of Chinese. The thesis analyzes and rethinks the efficiency and deficiency that exists in the traditional Chinese reading teaching and the current integration of IT with Chinese reading,then introduces the theories elements and practice foundation, which conclude Synergetic, Reading Psychology and IT sustaining. The core of thesis mainly constructs the model of junior Chinese synergic reading teaching in the IT environment, which comprises three dimensionalities of IT environment, teacher-student behavior and Synergic reading teaching. Further more, the thesis qualifies the situation that the model can be used well. Finally, combining practical conditions, we design and develop the online-courseware xiangchou, get conclusions according to the feedback from the teacher and students by observation and questionnaire method, then reconsider the model and summarize the research results.
