The college teachers can cultivate a lot of advanced personnel in our country. With the expansion of recruit students in a lot of colleges and the school upgrading , most colleges meet with the problem of the teachers whose diathesis are much dropping behind . In order to stop the conflict , on the one hand, we can fetch in a great deal of teachers with high school records to our campus . On the other hand, we can train the teachers procession. It is a practical and effective method .The education Ministry of China brings forward to say that it is very important for the educational technology training to be received by the college teachers .In this way , we can improve educational quality and push educational innovation forward . But the traditional teacher training model can not meet the teacher's individualized requirement during the class, and the teachers don't imply the skill to the class after the training. So the inspiration of this thesis is calling up from the manpower resource training activities in the corporation which has a lot vitality. We hope that we can introduce this alive theory of the corporation development to the college teachers training . In order to make it come ,we attempt to use the theory of "Action Learning"from the corporation and get it into the college teacher training practice .We want to establish an individualized training model for the college teachers. Taking the design and development of to establish the individualized Educational Technology training model for the college teachers as researching subject, this article analyzes the theory origin of establishing the individualized training model and it poses the meaning of "Human Oriented"in the teacher training and the rule and the way how to show the meaning of "Human Oriented". Furthermore, this article puts forward the supporting role of web in the teachers individualized training. On these bases, for the purpose of promoting the teacher'application ability of using educational technology in the class, the article raises the designing project of the individualized training curriculum for the college teachers, with making use of the "Action Learning"that is fit for the adult learning law. In the end, we explain the design idea , the main function and the effect of every part of the teachers individualized training website .
