All study behaviors are all caused by motive, this has already become a piece of creed from educating the psychologist over one century. Learning motivation is that the cognition learning one of the most important essential conditions. Which factors impels students to want to study and fell like study hard? Much research indicates that the most ideal inner driving of learning motivation is coming from obtaining knowledge. However, most of the teaching materials do not have enough inherent inducement value to urge students to study, it seems overly ideal and unreliable. Therefore it seems very essential to adopt some external inducement measures to help students to produce good learning motivation.Group Counseling starts relatively late in our country mainly in campus. The dabbled theme concentrates on the intervention relying on interpersonal relationships, self-confident, self-concept, network etc. Group Counseling has more advantages than specific psychological counseling, especially rapidly development of market economy and the cultural values in pluralism lead to people's various kinds of psychological problems. But the shortage of specialized psychological workers is obvious. The economic advantage of group counseling has been especially shown up again.This paper tries to choose a certain junior high school students of middle school as studying samples with Group Counseling, selecting to members who have bad learning motivation 10 of in order to coach the group and 10 in order to contrast the group. Coaching contents are as follow: study achievement motivation, study accountability, examination anxiety and level of study requirement. To coach group by 15-time to the coaching group and analyzing the function of intervening strategy make schedule to last intervention of 15, divide respect investigate intervene function of tractics, and the changes of other psychological states when the good change takes place in learning motivation, Validity of verifying it proves Group Counseling and intervening to junior high school student's learning motivation are valid. The conclusions are as follow:1. The intervention of the learning motivation to the junior high school student of Group Counseling method is effectual in general.2. Intervene function on the junior high school student's achievement motivation of study is obvious by method of Group Counseling.3. The study accountability intervention function on the junior high school student is obvious by method of Group Counseling.4. The intervention function anxious in examination on the junior high school student of method of Group Counseling is not obvious.5. Method of study in junior high school student, Group Counseling require competence interfere function is not obvious.6. Group counseling method interferes to the junior high school student's learning motivation change well, while the study self- efficiency sense is improved to some extent too. The level of factor of the psychological health is improved to some extent in the sensitiveness of the interpersonal relationships, depressed and anxious respect.7. The conclusion to junior high school student's learning motivation intervention tactics of Group Counseling is: Positive self-suggestion of the member of group; Coming from member of community "important others" encouragement of significant others support; leader of group helps the member of group to improve and study successful understanding on the Basis of WDEP system-, Group's leader helps the member of group to study and form correct casual attribution's cognition. Group's leader founding the warm sense of ownership of group that admits for the member of group. Group's leader adopts some coach use of technology such as short lectures, bibliotherapy, reveal, agreement, psychological drama, write exercise, etc. coach use of technology in order to contribute to turning member of group into good learning motivation oneself.This results of study can offer the references for improving junior high school student's learning motivation and selecting the intervening...
