Aiming at some general disadvantages in large class quota teaching, such as the low percentage of participation, the lack of intercourse, the difficulties of face whole staff and so on, and the presently existing problems in cooperative learning, such as the shortage of cooperative skill, the absence of active communication etc., some feasible measures was presented to explore practical strategy of large class quota cooperative learning. It includes grouping strategy of large class quota cooperative learning, cultivation of large class quota cooperative skill and teaching and evaluating strategy of large class quota cooperative learning. Also, the managing strategy of large class quota cooperative learning like classroom management of cooperative learning was explored. According the characteristics of the overtime of cultivation of cooperative skill, the absence of fitting cooperative learning content in teaching material etc., the mathematics cooperative learning practice was studied by means of the open subject. It was definitely proposed that the teachers should serve as a servant for students in cooperative learning. Their main functions are a decision-maker before teaching, organizer in the teaching process, manager in the classroom and the participator in the cooperative learning with students. At the same time, the leading effects of the teachers should not be ignored in the cooperative learning. By the experiment, the grades of students are generally increased and abilities of students in many aspect gains the different extent of cultivation. It makes the student advance and progress in the ideation, emotional attitude and sense of worth and so on, when they acquire knowledge. |
