The model of teaching is a very important issue in researching the modern teaching theory. It carries out a series of models, procedures and strategies of teaching in order to solve problems in a certain aspect during the process of teaching. At present, the research on the model of teaching still remains on the qualitative stage that adopts natural language to make description, argumentation and conclusion. As a nonformula language, natural language entails the characteristics of incompleteness and binary-meaning unsuitable to be used as the language system to describe model of teaching. Whereas it's also difficult to describe model of teaching only by means of pure formularized method that is owing to many factors with complex relation involved in model of teaching. It's impossible to describe teaching method only by using a few simple concepts and formulas. The wave of informationism has touched every corner of the education circle, and a great change has taken place in teaching activity in the environment of information technology. The elements of teaching structure have changed from the three ones—teachers, students and teaching content to the four elements—teacher, students, teaching content and teaching media. The structure of teaching has shifted its center from the teacher to the student and later to the teaching structure of coimportance of teaching and learning. As the fruit of the combination of teaching structure and subject, the model of teaching has the feature of fuzziness, multiplicity and complexity. Fuzziness refers to the elements in model of teaching as well as the problems of role-taking of information technology and disagreement in the academic circle; multiplicity means the numerous model of teaching with the combination of information technology; complexity deals with the qualitative period of research in teaching structure without finishing the precise model of teaching model. The innate deficiency of natural language and the attack of information technology revolution have become the inner and outer factors of which model of teaching develop toward formalism. As a kind of semi-formular method of establishing model, facing object has both the advantages of simplicity and accuracy in formular and nonformular languages. Facing object provides the methods of different abstract levels in a system and also methods of static structure and dynamic behavior on a system. It can visualize the static and dynamic interaction among the elements in model of teaching. They all play a great role in formular research in teaching model. Firstly, this paper redefines teaching model according to the object-oriented method. Then it analyzes the effect of information technology toward teaching model upon which it discusses how to apply object-oriented method to set up the teaching model and point out model of teaching. Finally, it displays an example to explain how to establish teaching model by using object-oriented method.
