The remarks about two dearest problems from Chinese teaching were published by Mr lv Shuxiang on the conversation by the People's Daily on March 16~th, 1978. It commented that the efficiency of Chinese teaching is low. The education of Chinese teaching was badly shaken by the news. Since long Chinese teaching in china's middle schools has suffered from having low achievements in spite of the great efforts that have been made .The author argues that the root case for it is that Chinese teaching has been unscientific. The author elaborates on Scientific about Chinese teaching has its historical sources. The teaching of Chinese at the new century needs scientific construction. We need to direct at the importance and purpose of Chinese teaching and seize the characteristics of Chinese subject. At the same time, we want to combine the practice of Chinese teaching in order to realize high speed and efficiency. We should not only make Chinese teaching conform the rules, but also exert the rules to design the teaching schemes to improve the teaching method. This is scientific that Chinese teaching realize. In the historical process of Chinese teaching it gives us the revelations that Chinese teaching needs the aids of the Chinese, education . psychology, logic. In the command of scientific, it attempts to strove for unification among scientific, humanities and artistic. The standardized target of Chinese teaching . the logic system of Chinese textbook, the precision content system of Chinese and the autonomous design of Chinese teaching , the elastic methods of Chinese teaching . the creation process of Chinese teaching . the democracy management of Chinese teaching can be in accord. The scientific of Chinese teaching is the basic and gist that the artistic created and formed. We should realize scientifically their characteristics. That's enough to treat dialectically their relations to make them unite in harmoniously. This is very subject that to improve the quality of Chinese teaching. First of all, we should establish that Chinese teaching is speech teaching. Because the theory of speech is an important content in the linguistics. It also is It is established speech for center in the teaching content system. The method of Chinese teaching is united with the teaching content. It is speech. We should institute disparate and difference of the teaching assessment. The scientific construction of Chinese teaching is the continued advance of a process. It needs continue to improve.
