The Analysis Of The Effect Of The Factors On The Urban Community Employment

Being regarded as a non-normal employment way and channel, community employment has certain effect on releasing the tense employment pressure at present. The paper analyses the effect of the factors on the urban community employment from three aspects, namely, economy, policies and concept and put forward some concerned strategies and suggestion to promote the development of urban community employment by means of empirical research.Based on the results of the sampled research from Yangyuan Street in Wuhan City, the study shows that community employment posts hold certain appeal for the job applicants. The economy, policies and concept are the important factors to influence the community employment. The development degree of community economy is in the correct proportion to the development degree of community service and community employment post. The paper is divided into five parts.Chapter one illustrates the study background and put forward the shortage of the current study on the basis of the review of the literatures at home and abroad, and explains the thought and the method of the study.Chapter two analyzes the effect of the economy on the urban community service mainly from the structure adjustment of national macro economy and the level of the individual economy income. On the one hand, the transformation of the economic form and the adjustment of the economic structure have provided sufficient labor source for the community employment. Thus the community service will be the main increasing point of the employment post. On the other hand, the economic status of the community inhabitants influences the requirements and supplies of the community services, and accordingly affects the development of the community employment.Chapter three analyzes the effect of the policies on the community employment. Based on the analysis of the favorable policy for the community employment established by the state and the local government and the discussion on the effect of the policy implement, the author analyzes the shortage of the existing policies and put forward the concerned strategies and suggestion.Chapter four discusses the effect of the concept on the urban community employment mainly from the concept of employment and consumption. In the guidance of the traditional employment concept, many community inhabitants are not willing to be engaged in the community service. The traditional consumption concepts also cause some community inhabitants' insufficient consumption requirements for the community service, which directly influences the development of the community employment market. Chapter five is the conclusion and discussion. The general conclusion is summarized and the concerned strategies and suggestion are put forward. At last, the limitation of the study and the further study issue are discussed.
