Research On Open-up Strategy Of Intercourse Between The Teacher And His Students During Teaching

After the idea of calling for intercourse during the classroom teaching in the new round of basic education curriculum reform, the problem of how to use the idea of intercourse in teaching to design the teaching and put it in practice and how to develop the intercourse between the teacher and his students arouse abroad attention. The research on this has not only theoretical value, but also realistic demand. This article takes the Chinese teaching in elementary schools as an example, analysing the key condition of the intercourse of the teacher and his students during the classroom teaching. It considers the intercourse from the following aspects: preparation for class, classroom teaching and evaluation, and analyses the basic strategy of the teacher and his students doing the preparation together, the intercourse of the teacher and his students in class and the communication and consultation between the teacher and his students in evaluation.The whole article is divided into four parts:Part A The basic knowledge of the intercourse between the teacher and his students in class. It briefly analyses the basic characters of the intercourse between the teacher and his students in class from the relationship between the body of the intercourse, the time and the space of the intercourse. It also analyses the key conditions of forming the ideal intercourse between the teacher and his students from "the changing of the role of the teacher and his students" and "the attention to the students".Part B The teacher and his students doing the preparation together -intercourse during the preparation. It analyses the need, the formation and contents of doing the preparation together with the students from the point of view of the intercourse between the teacher and his students with examples, and the problem of how to write the intercourse teaching plans based on the preparation.Part C Development intercourse between the teacher and his students -intercourse in class. It brings out and briefly analyses the efficient condition of respect to each other, initiative on both sides, interaction on multi-sides, coordination and consistence with each other, gentle intention, etc. It also analyses the development building strategy of interaction of the teacher and students in making the plan, meeting the changes and letting them go gradually. And point out the idea of designing the interaction between the teacher and students with examples and analyses.Part D Communication and consultation between the teacher and students -the intercourse of teacher and students in evaluation. It points out the important significance of communication and consultation in evaluation through the brief analyses of the history of the development of evaluation. It also analyses the contents of communication and consultation of the teacher and students and gives implement suggestions on communication and consultation between the teacher and students in evaluation.
