Teachers in middle&primary school often experience psychology problem, listlessness, behavioral disorder and depression in their teaching work. Psychological educational circles have studied such problems of teachers and received many achivements on the perspective of job burnout. On the basis of the relevant research results on the job burnout by the psychological educational circles, this article want to question the origin causes of the formation further and get corresponding settlement tactics on the perspective of pedagogy. The thesis is divided into three parts: The first part of thesis is mainly to comb the concepts of the burnout, job burnout and teacher burnout. Then the define of teacher burnout is defined as follows: teacher burnout is the negative and depleted state in mood, attitude and behavior produced because of continuous and excessive pressure and because of the lack of enough buffer resources; it is a kind of response that the teacher can't solve educational working pressure effectively. The second part of thesis proceeds with teacher's current situation of middle and primary schools of our country and analyze cause of formation of teacher burnout. Teacher individual is the basic cause and buffer resource and school organization are considered as catalyst. Furthermore, thesis put up with the view that the key problem which we should solve first is the life view and the professional development of the teacher's. The third part of thesis mainly propose some tactics to solve teacher burnout. To alleviate and dispel teacher burnout, we shouldn't neglect the professional development of the teacher's at first; Secondly, the teacher should know the burnout correctly and master some effective cognitive tactics in " pressure ";Thirdly, the benign cultural construction of the school should be strengthened in order to set up sufficient buffer resources. The teacher is an ordinary person at first and then is the social role bearing enormous expectations and responsibility. We cannot emphasize the spirit of giving simply; We cannot emphasize what the teachers should do simply; because such a result may exist: It was heir of the throne that was sown, but it was the flea that was reaped .
