During the new round of basic education reform, there is a great change in curriculum structure which reflects the advanced educational concept and guide educational practice, so the curriculum structure becomes the focal point of theoretical research and practice exploration. Involving in curriculum structure, the paper has accomplished two aspects of work using the methods of literature analysis, observation and interview.On the one hand, a lot of differences have been found in understanding the curriculum structure in various people after looking into the literatures on it. Therefore, analyzing and explaining all the views of curriculum structure collected, and recognizing the curriculum structure deeply, the paper concludes its' own view on curriculum structure that is three level curriculum structure concept. (macro-curriculum structure, submacro-curriculum structure and micro-curriculum structure)On the other hand, concentrating on the study of micro-curriculum structure, the paper has probed into the characteristics of biology curriculum structure that appears before and after curriculum reform, analyzed the deficiency of the curriculum structure before curriculum reform and revealed the remarkable characteristics of new curriculum structure—module design. Finally, focusing on the teaching aspect, the paper has briefly discussed that more attention should be paid to teacher's concept, teacher's knowledge structure, the way of teaching and evaluation to meet new curriculum.The paper concludes three points after studying the curriculum structure.Firstly, the curriculum structure refers to the state composed of curriculum. There are different forms of expression in different lays. Three kinds of forms will be recognized as follows: macro-curriculum structure concentrates on the concrete courses set in different types of school; submacro-curriculum structure explains the relations between different disciplines set in the school; micro-curriculum structure deals with the organization and connection of the knowledge in one discipline.Secondly, taking biology curriculum structure as the object of micro-curriculum structure study, the paper has made the conclusion that the curriculum structure before...
