This present study attempts to clarify some of the contradictions and answer some of the questions by studying the relation achievement goals, classroom environment and academic help-seeking, so as to deepen the knowing of academic help-seeking and provide intervention with psychological basis.640 students in 5 middle schools (Grade two, 321males and 319 females) were administered a questionnaire during normal class periods. My class , Achievement goals Inventory and Academic help-seeking Scale for Adolescents were used.The results indicated that:1. When getting in math problems, junior high students used more adaptive help-seeking than dependent and avoiding help-seeking.2. Gender difference in help-seeking was reveal, with girls more like to seeking adaptive help than boys.3. The junior high students' learning goal orientation and performance goal orientation, Socia intimacy goals were both strong.4. There are significant differences on achievement goals among grades and different levels of academic achievement of students. The scores of three grade students on performance-avoidance goals is the lowest than the scores of one and tow grade students .The scores of low level of academic achievement of students on performance-avoidance goals than the scores of high level of academic achievement of students.5. Classroom environments is cohesive and competitive.6. Classroom environment was positively related to achievement goals, achievement goals and classroom environment were positively related academic help-seeking7. Covariance structural model analysis shows that the model is an accepted one. The model deal with the study that achievement goals is mediator factor between academic help-seeking and classroom environment, and simultaneously classroom environment influences academic help-seeking directly.
