Discussion On Promoting The Development Of Beijing Olympics For Civil Body Building

On July 31~st, 2001, Beijing successfully won the bid for holding the 2008 Olympics, which symbolizes the all-around enhancement of China international position and rapid increase of national economy. And it provides a good opportunity for the development of sports task., we shall grasp the opportunity and accept the challenge, and promote the body building for our citizens to a higher level, and create a new situation.The article studies from the present development situation of body building for our citizens. It adopts literature information method and case analysis method to discuss deeply the promotion of Beijing Olympics and body building for the citizen. Through analysis, it holds that:1. Since the promulgation of Civil Body Building Plan Outline, civil body building has gained a rapid development, but there still exist many problems.2. Olympics exerts a great influence over the development of body building for our citizens.3. Beijing the 2008 Olympics exerts an effective influence over the development of body building for our citizens.At last, the article put forward suggestions that making good use of the role that university sports played in the 2008 Olympics, and grasping the family sport is the carrier of life for the idea of "HumaneOlympics", and the article aims to provide reference for body building of our citizens.
