"Problem Solving" is an important part of psychology. There are many researches about it. But different researchers have different purposes and opinions. This thesis focuses on the research in the field of mathematics education, especially the effection on the reformation of the mathematics curriculum.Firstly, the thesis gives an account about how was the theory of "Problem Solving" been approved and developed. Secondly, it analizes the characters of "Problem Solving" including it's stages, methods, advantages and so on. According to the deviation in the research, this thesis advocates the importance of the definition of "problem", giving some examples of international study, stating that many researchers misunderstand the definition of Problem.Then, on the basis that the thought of new curriculum and Problem Solving is similar, and that if proper problem were designed, they could benefit to arrive the destination of new curriculum, this thesis designs the frame of the "problem" according the new curriculum standard, hoping to give guidance to who design "problem". What's more, one example designed by the writer is shown at the end of the thesis.
