A Study On The Optimization For Academical Research Environment Of University's Teacher In China

University is the place to research knowledge and Academic is the essential trait of university . teacher is the main force to research in university .the research activities of university's teacher are influenced directly and strongly by research environment. Nowadays, there are many problems existing in research environment of university's teacher in China ,which need to be optimized and improved as soon as possible, the optimization for research environment of university's teacher is a new topic and very important. the study on this topic has positive theoretic and practical meaning. This thesis is based on the academic in university , and it is dependent on the boyer's viewpoint about the four-division academic. this paper separates academical research environment from academical environment and starts from substance environment,regulation environment and spirit environment in order to analyse the meaning of optimizating academical research environment and existing problems .in the meantime, it takes actions to solve these problems and constructs an ideal environment which is helpful to research for University's teacher .at the end of this thesis, it applies fuzzy mathematics in the qualities evaluation of optimization results.
