Study On The Optimization Of Campus Psychological Environment From The Perspective Of Ideological And Political Education Of University

Education is carried out under certain circumstances, ideological and political education of university is no exception. In modern social conditions, with the great change of international and domestic environment, there have been many new environmental factors, which have brought a rare opportunity for the development of ideological and political education of contemporary college students, and also brought unprecedented challenge to the young students.According to the viewpoint of Marxism, the development of people depends on education and environment under the interaction between human and environment. Therefore, the choice of educational methods should take environmental factors into account, making full use of environment to foster students'ideological and moral quality, thus enhancing the efficiency of ideological and political education. Of course, the environment is a broad definition, but the campus psychological environment is relatively distinctive, and controllable to some extent. On the basis of previous studies, it's meaningful to explore the connection between campus psychological environment and formation of university students'ideological and moral quality, which will fundamentally improve the effectiveness of training college students'ideological and moral quality, and for society as a whole the influence of radiation can not to be overlooked.Based upon the consideration above, this paper demonstrates the impact of campus mental environment on the cultivation of university students'ideological and moral quality and how to build a good way to campus psychological environment. First, the paper outlines the campus psychological environment from the perspective of ideological and political education of university, the definition, basic features and constituent elements of campus psychological environment are discussed in detail. At the same time, the functions of healthy campus psychological environment in college ideological and political education are expounded. The moral education functions of campus psychological environment are analyzed on the ground of dialectical relationship between college ideological and political education and campus mental environment. Second, the theoretical foundations of campus psychological environment research are deeply analyzed in order to provide academic bases for the construction of campus mental environment. Third, the present situations of campus psychological environment are summarized. Universities have made some success of raising the effectiveness of ideological and political education by campus mental environment construction. Nevertheless, there are still some problems. This part uses empirical analysis methods through the survey form, revealing the main problems of campus psychological environment and analyzing the reasons for these problems, which will help us ensure construction direction, take some appropriate strategies to promote the building of campus psychological environment. Finally, the paper put forward concrete measures of optimizing campus psychological environment. For the sake of comprehension and clarity, this section consists of five parts, namely, how to create a healthy physical psychological environment, cultural mental environment, internet psychological environment, peer interpersonal mental environment, as well as a good classroom psychological environment. The proposed optimization strategies for campus psychological environment help the universities to understand the environmental factors influential to college students'mind, to effectively master the elements and use them to change the actual content of campus environment that do not meet the benefits of university students. Only in this way, under the interaction between college students and campus psychological environment, will university students'ideological and moral quality achieve the level required by the community.
