This article researching on the relationship between electrical athletic contests and thephysical education puts forward an assumption. The conclusion is that if the assumption is tenable,the electrical athletic contests will be drawn into the PE category. In 2003, electrical athletic contests have been officially placed on the 99th event which isformally developing by the National PE Organization. To most of people, it may be still anunfamiliar term of PE. The researches about it are also scarcely, moreover, it has free andexpansive space to study as a new world. This article can be divided into three parts: first, theoutline of electrical athletic contests. This part principally illustrates the definition, origin,development of it and the basic theory about it and PE, establishing the foundational frame ofcomprehending it. Second, it shows the outline of PE category in the college. This part mainlyshows us the basic contents, goal, status, the suggestions of developing and reforming of PEand so on, laying a foundation for the next part. Third, it mainly tells us the researches andanalysis about drawing the electrical athletic contests into PE category. This part puts forwardthe assumption connecting the preceding and analyzes the possibilities,feasibilities andnecessities of the assumption in order to make it establish. As a conclusion, the electricalathletic contests can be drawn into PE category.
