Feasibility Study Of The Opening Of Postgraduate Physical Education Courses At The Institutions Of Higher Learning In Hebei Province

At present,the number of colleges and universities graduate student has considerable scale.Followed by the cultivation of the quality of graduate student problem has become a new focus.Our country's education policy is to cultivate moral,intellectual,physical,such as all-round development of talent,therefore,good physical fitness training of graduate students are one of the conditions indispensable.However,substantial data indicate that the physical quality of graduate student now a bit worrying.Although China's education department has issued a document to open PE elective graduate student,but many colleges are still not paid sufficient attention to and specific implementation of the physical education graduate student job.Hebei Province,only 17 colleges and universities opened three graduate student in physical education,which inevitably affect the training of graduate students in Hebei Province during the physical aspects of the quality.Methodths of literature,interviews, questionnaire and mathematical statistics and logical analysis were used in this paper.Study the necessity and feasibility to set up curriculum PE of graduate in Hebei Province.Raised in line with the non-professional Master of Sport graduate student's proposal to open PE curriculum.Colleges and universities so as to promote non-professional master's degree graduate student opened Sports Sports curriculum in Hebei province,thus improving read in Hebei Province at postgraduate health status,improve the quality of graduate student.This study focused on the following aspects to explore:1 know the health status of graduate student.2 take part in postgraduate investigate the status of physical activity.3 exploring the need for postgraduate curriculum PE basis and the feasibility conditions.And findings based on the actual situation in line with the Universities in Hebei Province set up the PE curriculum graduate student's proposal.After studying the results are:Graduate day-to-day pressure,self-feeling of the health status of a higher proportion of non-performing,a worrying state of health;graduate of the nitiative to participate in physical exercise is not high,the lower the frequency of physical exercise,did not meet every day one hour of training requirements,self-awareness of physical ictivity is more weak,lack of physical exercise;graduate students to recognize that physical ictivity the role of health,physical education curriculum for the creation of enthusiasm and expectations are high,consider it necessary to set up sports programs for graduate students on Graduate Colleges and Universities in Hebei Province to carry out the health status and physical activity surveys also show the need to offer postgraduate physical education;sports offer postgraduate courses in Hebei Province has a theoretical basis,the material foundation for post-graduate courses set up sports is feasible.At the basis of research,Colleges and Universities in Hebei Province set up physical education for graduate student made four recommendations:1 Perfect the creation of postgraduate basic conditions of the PE curriculum.2 Opened to the option-based graduate student in physical education classes.3 various colleges and universities should strengthen the postgraduate study of curriculum PE and sports curriculum building.4 Emphasis on graduate student extra-curricular sports activities.
