It is about 200 years of history for the Chinese education in the country.It is not an easy task to journey down this road.Although there are certainly some factors affecting the standard of Chinese education due to the restrictions in the country,the content standard and the learning standard of the curriculum of the Chinese syllabus will affect the standard of our Chinese education in the country.This study focuses on the analysis of the Curriculum Standards of the Chinese Primary School which was implemented in 2011 in term of the content standard and the learning standard arrangement and distribution,with the discussion based on the alignment of the theoretical or philosophy dispute.In addition,resolve on some of the new terminology for the implementer to grasp the requirement of the curriculum and thus improve on the ineffective classroom teaching.This study is divided into five parts for the analysis to be conducted.It consists of some affirmations on the new measures to improve on the teaching and with some modest personal recommendations upon the issues.The core concept,factors and the significance of the study will be discussed through the introduction of the background study.Research and study on the New Standard are the supporting reference throughout this study.Due to the limitation of the relevant information,reference from China is being used for this study.For the first part of the discussion and analysis on the New Standard's content shows a directive role and the standard features.The second part of this study consists of the overall objectives,course objectives,course outlines,curriculum implementation,etc.to analyze the objective,settings and distribution matters.At the same time,it discusses on the new technical terms and the current misinterpret situation.Apart from this,it also discusses on the teaching materials compilation system and its negative effects.The third part of this paper differences on the two core concepts-the Content Standard and the Learning Standard in the distribution of reading,writing,language and the basic knowledge of language.In addition,it points out its strength with undeveloped ideas on areas to be improved in as a summary for this part.In the fourth part of this study,it explains on the appendix of the New Standard.Although it is merely appendix in this case,it affects the content standard and the learning standard in a certain measures.Thus,it is needed to be discussed and analyzed in details.In sum,this study concluded that,with the acknowledgement of this new measures on New Standard,the amendments can be further be improved according to the theoretical in education and some undeveloped recommendations.
