The 21th century is the age of knowledge economy. Knowledge is the basis of economy, the main production resource. In fact the competition of knowledge economy is the competition of the person with ability of higher quality with abundant knowledge. Good characteristic quality is a necessary portion of human resource quality and the necessary condition of individual for adapting and selecting society. The essential character of education is to cultivate and amend the good human that the social need, with enough development in ethic, intelligent, physical education and fresh character. During this course physical education is not taken the place in surging sociality and characteristic of students as the portion of education.Based on Marxism theory about all-round development of human being and the corresponding theory of individuality development, from the points of philosophy, anthropology, sociology, pedagogy, physical education subject, psychology and behaviorism, based on deeply analyses of research actuality, discuss the effect of college physical education to students' individual character development from macro view. As follows is idiographic research:The first portion is correlation theory of this text. Concludes individuality meaning and character; analysis factors of individuality development; dissertates education truth of college physical education.The second is emphases content of this research. Firstly, the author discussed effect to individuality development of physical education, generalizing individuality character. Analyzing actuality of college physical education, then discuss thecounteracted and simulative factors to students' individuality development of college education severely. In the course of research the author finds that the mostly factors that counteracts students' individuality development, including conception is getting behind, curriculum content is various, teaching mode is monotonic, teachers' level: is not high, manage is rigidified; and that factors promote students' individuality development, including teaching factors, science manage, sustaining of person with ability. Physical education influences students' individuality development by teaching and sports after school and game and culture of campus physical education.Third, in the base of analysis the counteracted and simulative factors to students' individuality development of college education, advancing innovation thoughts that college physical education should starts with renovating education conception, establishes curriculum system and science manage system that it is adaptive to students' individuality development, perfects evaluate system, builds culture of campus physical education in order to service to students' individuality development even more actively.Finally, according to preceding systemic research, educed that effect of college physical education to students' individuality development incarnate mostly factors that teaching approach, orientation directing, sustaining of person with ability and physical education culture etc by analysis. As a multidimensional and opening culture, as an organic portion of high education, college physical education have advantaged ascendant in accelerating students' good individualities development compare to else education form. So how recombine and conform college physical education factors in reason and effectively in order to attain optimization combination for accelerating students' good individualities form and development, at present, it is a desiderated resolving question in the course of innovation that college physical education faced with.
