Traditional moral education model has confronted great challenges since the reforming that has been carried on for more than 20 years. And it is an undoubted truth that the traditional moral education model's efficacy has dropped greatly with the enhancement of integrated national power of China and the change in international politics environment (from opposition between different politics systems, ideology to co-existence of talk and opposition). In recent years, there have emerged different opinions on moral optimizing, for factors influenced moral optimizing are different. And the study of moral optimizing is becoming a Hot.Among these different practices on establishing moral optimizing model, the main trend is to put much attention on human beings, to emphasize the significance life bringing to human beings, to stress on the dominant importance of students in moral optimizing process. And it advocates the students' comprehension in study instead of being instilled by teachers, valuing the doing and absorbing, and motivating the morality sentiment of students' to achieve the self-education.In the thesis, we try to explore the weaknesses and merits of this model by questionnaire, the combination of qualitative study and quantitative study. According to the whole-constructivism theory, try to put forward the countermeasure from its objectives, content, ways.The thesis consists of three parts: introduction, main body and conclusion .the first part presents the value and the scope of the study, the second one is the main text, expounding the main points includes four parts: first, the summarizing of the school moral education, i.e. the differences between Weston moral education theory and China moral education theory; second, introducing the model and production of China moral education. The main points lie in traditional China moral education, new moral education model and the production of modern China moral education study, that is. "the system of school moral in a way of whole-constructivism" and "new moral education theory" ; third ,the modern conditions of moral education in senior middle school in Longnan, analyzing are mainly from active effects .shortage and the factors influenced school moral education. Fourth, Countermeasure of moral education optimizing in senior middle school in Longnan, Analyzing can be divided into three parts: renovating the notions of moral education, enhancing the evaluation system of moral education and laying emphasis on the carrying out of the moral education. And last part is concluding remarks, summarizing the full text.In a word, a new moral optimizing model fit for Longnan is provided in the paper, which is put forward by the survey and reflect on present condition of it in middle schools in Longnan, striving to be guided by the new education concept. Thus moral resources can be optimized, moral effects can be heightened, the aims of moral education can be strived to carry out.
