The interactive ability of speaking Chinese is the main part of students' Chinese learning. It's generally far behind among the primary students in Dingxi District, which has become the main factor and prevent them reaching full development.This thesis is an investigation which based on the testing, question naire and survey on students in Dingxi District. The related cause has been analyzed and proper ways have been raised.The investigation shows the whole level of the interactive ability of speaking Chinese is generally far behind in Dingxi District, and that the levels are quite different between the students in country-side and those in town. According to the investigation and the characteristics of the primary students, this is the way to deal with the situation: Clearing aim, enhancing intention, making a perfect psychological cause of the interaction among the primary students. Having the interactive training class of speaking Chinese. Showing the primary students the reading methods and techniques. Creating interactive circumstances, training this ability in every link of Chinese teaching. Strengthening the thought training to improve the interactive ability of speaking Chinese. Inspiring them to improve this ability in life. Using the encouragement to inspire the primary students' enthusiasm. Training the good attitude of interactive ability among primary students, strengthening this training and raising this level among teachers.This way has already achieved a striking effect after a practical teaching cause. It fulfils a directive function for improving the primary students' interactive ability of speaking Chinese in country-side.
