Ethics Analysis Of Decision-making In Higher Education

Education is a kind of social practice of human society ,which is full of humanness . at the same lime , education decision-making is not only performed by people but also effects people ; in a word it is an interpersonal activity , so we should not slide over the ethics problems . Sufficiently considering the ethic factors in decision-making in higher education will highlight the value system and criterion system which includes what the higher educator " should " be in the process of education ; moreover , it can adjust the human relations in society , improve social general mood , build spiritual civilization , and then carrying forward political civilization and material civilization .There are mainly four sections in the article . In the second chapter we investigated a series of phenomenon and theories displaying ethics in the management science and concluded some common ethic principals in management decision-making , which would make ready for the further discusses in practices and theories . According to the particularity of higher education decision-making , the third chapter defined three principles about ethic thinking : Respect principle, Fair principle and Benefit principle. In the fourth chapter , we analyzed and clarified the ethic problems in the higher education decision-making , also we give out some advice . In the fifth chapter , we mastered the ethics problems in a whole , measured the ethic atmosphere , defined the ethic principles and constructed the higher education decision-making models conforming to the ethics questions .
