The paper is assessed on the study of the feasibility about applying imaginary training to the P.E. teaching in Uygur middle school with the principle of athletic psychology, compared to the Han Chinese students. Hence, the students of the Grade Two at high school who come from Kashgar No.2 middle school (Hans) and Kashgar No.6 middle school (Uygurs) are choosen as teaching samples. The combinating way with physiology and psychology is used to test the teaching effect of imaginary training method. In contrast with the similar study, the paper is subjected to seek the athletic teaching method of middle school which can adapt to the characteristics in Xinjiang minority groups districts in order to improve P.E. teaching quality and promote nationality sports. In what follows, we want to introduce the study. The paper is made up of seven parts. In the first place, we attach importance to the generalization on the theory of imaginary training and it concerns about the current study of the theory at home and abroad. In the second place, we discuss how we practise imaginary teaching connected with the P.E. teaching in Xinjiang minority groups districts. Finally we draw the following conclusions through teaching experiment.1) The combination of SIQ and heart rate about psychology and physiology index can give the right assessment effectively directed at psychology training result of attention-imagination.2) The imaginary ability improves dramatically after the systematic imaginary training of the Han Chinese and the Uygur trainees and the Uygur trainees are much superior to the Han groups in extent of the promoting imaginary ability.3 ) Inserting imaginary training into the P.E. teaching is more effective than the traditional teaching, which applied in the uygur P.E. teaching is superior to the Han Chinese P.E. teaching.4) The application of imaginary teaching whose function ranges from the single teaching information to compound communication helps solidity the students' memory and strengthen the grasp of the knowledge.5 ) Imaginary training helps cultivate students' mental stability.6) Imaginary training helps stimulate the students' initiative and improve the students' thinking and the observing and cognitive ability. The research result has proved that imaginary training is a scientific mixing of physical and mental training and a self-training way as well. Imaginary training is exempt from the limit of sports site, time and sports apparatus in the RE. teaching and is convenient to demonstrate so it can be put into practice in the RE. teaching of minority groups districts in Xinjiang.
