The problem of college student employment became the main focus of government and the whole society when Chinese higher education has entered the era of popularize in the year of 2000.College graduates are the important resources of talents. A good exploitation and disposition of them has become a strategic task that will provide the guarantee for the development of national economy and our society, and the reasonable arrangement of talent. At present, Chinese talent resources have entered the stage of marketing disposition, but talent market is in a period of mechanism transition. It can't play a fully role in the disposition of talent resources at this period. So how to realize marketing disposition of college student is the urgent thing to do for now. Recently there are many researches about college student employment in China, but a few researches from the marketing point of view, especially it is rare to see the researches about building college student employment market. However, this kind of research is more developed in foreign countries. So how to draw on abroad experience and according to our own actual situation to realize the marketing of college student employment has become the urgent problem to solve. Therefore this article tries to explore this problem from four parts as following:Part one: starting from macro-basis of marketing disposition of college student employment under the background of popularize to explicit what is so called "popularize" and "marketing", analyzing the present state and theory of difficulties in employment for college student after 1990,and introducing different opinions on it. Meanwhile, through recalling the history of college student employment from 1951 ,which makes a better preparation for the next objective analysis.Part two: through the compare of college student employment mechanism between China and foreign countries, we know that foreign countries, such as, America, Japan, Briton, and so on, have already realized popularize of higher education and marketing employment mechanism for many years. According to the characteristic of college student employment from developed countries and our country. We can find out the shortcomings of ours. Meantime, generalizing its characteristic and market of the present college student employment.Part three: analyzing the marketing state of Chinese present college student employment. Firstly, to understand the present marketing state of Chinese college student through three guidelines of marketing, those are, the price of graduates labor, the possession right of property, and the macro regulating mechanism. Secondly, to observe the achievement college student have made during the marketing employment form the marketing point of view. Finally, to objectively analyze the challenges which are faced by the present college students during the marketing employment through the relative data, such as, the unavailable and inefficient corpus of employment market, the contradictive structure of employment market, the weak comprehensivestrength, unclear channels of disposition, the inefficient network for employment, theproblems of college graduates. This may make a good preparation for the content ofpart four.The fourth part is a textual standpoint part, it is aiming at the above three partof problems put forward with analysis to find out the problem-solving method. Thereare four aspects explicating in the following.Firstly, to perfect the service function of college student employment market,and make the universities become the corpus of employment market.*Government's appreciation, colleges' attention, and setting up the permanent employment organization for college students in universities, from the aspect of human resources, property, things to guarantee the graduates employment market in order.* Improve the service of employment guidance and show the its function, and developthe professional and special employment guidance department in universities.*Hold on the job fair often at universities for the emplo...
