With the thriving of economic globalization and knowledge economy, international competition has been becoming ever fiercer and manpower capital has become the main stimulus for economic growth. Therefore, it is important for us to pay special focus to the key matter of improving the quality of labors.It is a very arduous task to foster hundreds of thousands of labors with high quality, while it is an unshakable responsibility for vocational education to improve the quality of labors. Developing vocational education in a large scale is an effective way to transform manpower resources into talent advantage , and in addition , the only way to change the condition of China's backward productivity in an overall level and enhance economic power and increase comprehensive national strength.In order to shoulder the important task, vocational education must insist on serving the social economic development, try to make them develop in a coordinative way, adjust to the demand of economic society and employers, constantly promote reform in school-running system, management system and operation mechanism and carry out school-running model and management system which are more open, flexible and diverse.To carry out credit system is an important measure to blaze new trails in educational and teaching system and set up more flexible and open teaching organization and management system which can meet the demand of economic construction, social progress and individual development. The vocational schools of secondary medicine are no exception.Taking a panoramic view of the research on performance of credit system in secondary vocational schools in china, it has just gone the first step , while that for vocational schools of secondary medicine is even much fewer. In some areas credit system has been carried out in some vocational schools and beneficial explorations have been made, such as explorations and researches on specific procedures, course structure, course development and reform in teaching methods on performance of credit system as well as management in teaching, administration, and students management, and preliminary achievement has been made. However, some problems have existed at present, which mainly include : it is inadequate in understanding or theoretical research on performance of credit system in secondary vocational schools , in other words , insufficient research on the conception , connotation , detonation , nature , advantageand disadvantage as well as basic characters of credit system; as for the matters in values like the purpose, significance, effect and function of performance of credit system , it can not be understood from wider era background , higher reform perspective , deeper ideological transformation, further development prospect and more practical contradiction and demand and difficulties in practice so as to analyze the necessity and feasibility and the essence to carry out credit system. Conversely, credit system is performed mechanically in a superficial way.; the operation mechanism and performance conditions of credit system and the relation between it and other objects from a systematical and overall point of view.The purpose of research in the paper is : to explore the countermoves to improve the performance of credit system in secondary medical vocational schools in combination with the present condition of performance in those schools in China, so as to make vocational schools of secondary medicine to master the essence of credit system in conjunction with its own practice in the process of its performance, and promote the overall development of students , meet the demand of economic construction and social development for talent diversity , enhance the vigor of vocational education as well as enriching the theoretic connotation of credit system.The paper falls into three parts.
