Research On Some Problems Of Teacher Education In The Rural Areas

Content:In the last few years, the conditions of running schools and the education quantity have been improved in rural education, but it falls behind the urban education seriously. The key factor is teachers' character. Teacher education is a machine tool that develops educational undertaking. At present, it is very serious to neglect rural teacher education in our country. Rural teachers' conditions make us worry among the ' phenomenon: education idea falls behind, the staff is lacking seriously, reaching standard scholarship rate is low, professional ability is bad, etc. The blame falls entirely on backward, removal, disjointed of teacher education. This text makes a detailed study of teacher quantity and teacher quality, investigates some problems on rural primary and junior high school teachers' education before the post, education on doing the job, education at post one by one deeply, and studys the continuity and the relativity between them, and puts forward the breadth way of bringing up teachers and some suggestions on handling teacher education in order to found a stable ,high qualified people teacher's troops that meets the needs of the villages, and promotes the development of the village foundation education.
