The study of learning interest is the main content of educational work and Teaching activities. How to cultivate and motivate the learning interest of students is not only an important theorical topic for the educational world for a long time, but also an urgent current topic as me try our best to carry out the quality education and the course-reform. The paper tries to begin withthe topic------the interest in writing of the middle school students, (which is apart of interest research), absorbing the theorical and practical achievements summed up by our predecessors and connecting with my personal experiences for many years. Having done some investigations and summarizations, the paper mainly inquires how to motivate and cultivate the students' interest in writing by virtue of instructions and conditions created by the Teachers, and the degrees that the students dissolve into the situation of the composition. I expect that my paper will be helpful for carrying out the new curriculum and the reform of Chinese teaching.This paper proposed nine tactics, in view of the influence to the students' interest in writing by the teachers' instruction, the teaching materials, the students themselves, the society, the writing training, and the family education. As a teacher in a middle school, we should master the motivational theory, motivate the students' interest in writing, instruct the students to enjoy and perceive the life and own the works, make the students feel the interest in writing, in the open teaching of the composition. The teachers should reform the old teaching model in time, paying more attention to the design of the human culture and having some collective composition class to improve the students' interest in writing.The conclusion sums up and analyses the results of the experiment, pointing out the goal to work towards future.
