The teacher evaluation is the present or latent valuation of the teacher's work. It is vigorous when it satisfies with the social and teacher's need. The developing teacher evaluation pays attention to not only the present objective but also the future development of teachers. It serves teacher's professional development. Our country is in the background of the curriculum reform. The teacher evaluation can make teachers enhance themselves and take part in curriculum reform truly when it adapts itself to curriculum reform of the elementary education and satisfies with teacher's need.Through observation, interviews and so on, this text explores the case school's present condition of the teacher evaluation and brings forth the suggestions of teacher evaluation which are good to improve the curriculum reform and promote the teacher's professional development. This text is divided into five parts: The first part tells the background and the meaning of the developing teacher evaluation. The second part explicates that the developing teacher evaluation is the necessary condition of the teacher's professional development and curriculum reform. The third part knows the conditions of the case school in the background of the curriculum reform and explores the current problems of teacher evaluation through the interviews. The fourth part analyzes the current problems of teacher evaluation in the case school, and brings forth the suggestions on teacher evaluation which are good to promote the teacher's professional development. The fifth part shows the problems on the research.The suggestions which the writer brings forth are below: Firstly, establish the right value viewpoint of teacher evaluation. Secondly, establish many sides' goals. Thirdly, pay attention to process teacher evaluation. The fourth, evaluate teacher from many sides. The fifth, many subjects should take part in teacher evaluation include teacher himself. The sixth, we should reflect teacher evaluation.
