The Situation And Strategies Of Moral Education In Secondary Normal School

Human and culture coexist with each- other, however, moral comes from culture. Culture is a nations life moral is the soul of the culture. China is a polite nation .It is because they build their culture on its moral. Man's culture is colorful and broad, plentiful. Science teaches us how to find the truth, Moral teaches us how to find the kindness, the art tells us how to find beautiful things, and religion helps us to know what is nobility. Life teaches us what is meaningful. Chinese culture put human function, as the center of material culture, metal culture, and institution culture using its opening and broad mind .so Chinese culture became the only culture remained of the four great cultures.Science and human culture are two main methods for us to seek the truth of the world and to know the society and ourselves. It made up of the two domains of science culture and human culture. They play two different roles in human developing process .In different periods .Man puts stress on different things so we cannot understand human itself completely .In the field of education It formed the confrontation of the doctrine of the science, the doctrine of human culture. Industrial culture leads the thought of science .so school works as a place of factory to produce the standard products-student. When we think about the advantages that industrial country brought to us .at the same time, we have to know the harmful things that brought to us. From moral education of normal school we also can see the effects of science doctrine. When we are seeking the interest of society .we ignore the developing of individual student so .It caused the formalization of the moral-education, Its function is very poor .we cannot find the spirit of human culture from our student.In my thesis, I made an inquiry in Qing Yang Normal School according to the thought of human culture and contemporary mental education to find students human culture education quality. From the target contents of moral education to study the human culture education in Normal school .In the end, I found that in normal education if we just emphasize the formalization of it and ignore the other sides, the results would be the students' double personalities.There are 3 parts in my thesis, leading part, body part and conduction .the first part is about the learning significance and domain .the second part can be divided into three little parts. 1 The demands of the market economy and tendency of modern moral education 2 The content of Normal school education 3 The solutions to Normal School Moral education problems .The third of the thesis is the main idea and the conclusion.In a word, from market economy its demands and features of new moral education in new period, problems in Normal school education solutions to these problems. We should educate the students to suit the demands of the society and give moral education a more plentiful content, to embody the characters of our period. Our teaching methods should go with the forming and rules of Normal school students moral.Then let's try our best to carry on the Normal school moral education more meaningful and practical .To reach the unity of the science theory and human culture.
