Class, the smallest unit in forming a school, is the most direct and also the most important group in which students live. We pay attention to education, so we can't ignore the research on class.In class, students can learn more than from books. Class culture is a kind of silent transforming educational power, a kind of specific cultural environment. Which functions as a guider, a controller and an edifier to students' development.At present, the research on class culture is still fundamental, and its theory construction is still imperfect, short of successful models in practical operations. The purpose of this research is to promote the healthy development of every student, to provide theory on education, design on operation and model in living with the purpose of constructing better class culture, to form fundamental models in the construction of class culture, and to supply basic reference for building the models of class culture, suitable for the reality of our nation and worth spreading.The action study method is adopted in this research, absorbing new theory; perfecting theoretical system and adjusting research perform continuously in practical operation. Its basic procedures are to plan-act-observe-think, fully showing its characteristics.Based on the former achievements, this essay defines class culture as a particular living approach in witch all the class members create, embodies the subject matter of teachers and students, and follows this principle in this research. Combining the theories of the class culture construction of other experts, this essay constructs the peculiar theoretical model for building class culture:1 .Beginning: To construct scientific educational theory, including scientific value on students, on supervisors, on healthy relationship between teachers and students and on multi-evaluation.2.Process: To co-construct the "bi-subject" between supervisor and students, demonstrating that, in the construction of class culture supervisor and students are both subjects, whose relationship is complementary and cooperative, and that we should pay attention to the application of the bi-subject cooperation in practice.3.Result: To build class culture actively, healthily, harmoniously and pleasantly.Under the direction of theory, this research raises the expected purpose of class culture construction, and creates a series of practical program on action in order to provide opera table real models for relevant research.The conclusions from this research:1.The construction of class culture is the key element connected with the healthy development of every student in class.2.The theoretical model and the action application program of this research is effective and worth spreading.3.In practical work, it is the most important for the class culture construction to believe students, respect students, encourage students and fully activate their potentials.4.The class culture construction should grasp the key period and our work should be able to plan, forecast and develop. |
