Chinese educational reform and development compendium " point out: " flourish a nation, hope is pinned on education, and to flourish the education, hope is pinned on teachers ". Teacher was a crucial factor if Chinese language education would occur a fundamental change. The research for Chinese teacher diathesis has gone more and more deeply as well as extensively along with the thorough popular feeling of new Chinese educational concept and the unceasing exploring of basic educational reform. But looking back to the research before, which stressed more on discussing the pedagogical diathesis of Chinese language teacher, being concerned with humanity attainment is really not much.The humanity attainment of Chinese language teacher, which is denoting that comes out from the teaching campaign; it is a sort of comprehensive attainment, which not only decide the teaching effect, but also contribute to develop both body and mind of student for a role of edifying, educating and influencing. As a recessiveness course, which is carried out mainly through a non-compulsive cultural means to edify student's soul. In Chinese language educational course, the humanity attainment has powerful influencing and penetrating force. A teacher with higher humanity attainment, who's broad and profound knowledge, noble morals, consummate teaching skill, dazzling ideological radiance andunique personality glamour will attract the sight of student and influence the soul of student invariably. It could remedy some shortcomings of external teaching condition on certain level, which becomes the living textbook that presents in front of student. A remarkable influence will be produced for the student ability to obtain, for personality to grow and for spirit to develop. What is different with the other subject's teacher is that the humanity attainment of Chinese teacher has vivid characteristic in the aspect of morals, democraticness and autonomy. On forming essential factor, the humanity attainment of Chinese teacher is mainly composed of three parts such as educational ethics, knowledge level and humanity attitude. This paper stands in reality, analyses and summarizes for characteristic and the intension of Chinese teacher humanity attainment, moreover, the training of humanity attainment is put forward as an valuable reference which is to polish personality with great efforts, to accumulate rich cultural base. And in review, then, self rises. The article aims at arousing educational responsibility to impart knowledge, to educate people and to strengthen consciousness of humanity culture, and this will promote educational modern process.Indeed, what needs to be pointed out is that the teacher humanity attainment is closely related with their teaching effects, but Over-exaggerating and overriding it with other teaching factors are also deviation of the objective contributed from this article .
