Girls education is one of important issues popular concerned by many developing countries. Since 1990s, girls education in poverty area of China including Guyuan region have been widely investigated, experimented and researched, which have brought great improvement to girls' education in poverty area of West China. However, the problems and tasks of girls' education are quite different from regions according to the different economic and cultural development level The Hui Nationality girls' education is a difficult problem that perplexes the improvement of basic education in Guyuan Region. It is critical for the improvement of population quality, and it is one of the key factors to improve economic development. Therefore, the research on the Hui Nationality girls education in Guyuan Region has great significance to advance economic, cultural and educational development.The research deeply and systematically analyzes the background, present situation and problems on the girls' education in Guyuan Region through using traditional educational research methods, such as literature reading method and field study method What is more, the research puts forward some concrete and constructive suggestionsThe research believes that there are many factors resulting in the low level of girls education in Guyuan region. 1) the harsh natural environment, the scattered residents, the inconvenient transportation and inaccessible information, 2) the low level of production ability and insufficient educational investment; 3) the negative influence of traditional ideas and the high illiteracy rate of female number; 4) the aim of education can not connected with local demands, the educational contents is complicated, difficult, narrow and out-of-date, the educational ideas and educational means is often outdated, and all the teachers' quality is not in high, especially the great short of Hui Nationality teachers, and the great different distribution of educational resource between urban and rural. 5) parents have low educational level and they can not give enough guidance to their children' study, there are more children in some families and parents have not enough money to pay for their 'education; 6) girls can not have enough self-confident and are easily subjected to be influenced by outside environment All above factor listed have greatly restricted the development of girls education in Guyuan RegionThe author believes that the Hui Nationality girls education should be given much attention and resolved by comprehensive methods. First, we should obtain all the wide support coming from different social departments for girls education by the widespread propaganda, the transition of educational ideas, and management education by laws etc. Second, government should strengthen the support for the Hui Nationality girls education by carrying out the policy of different treatment. Furthermore the educational government should strengthen the specific educational research on girls education, and set up the facilitation association for girls education, and Chunlei Plan and Hope Project should be continue put into effect in order to change the backward situation in girls education. Third, put more attention to parents' training, improve Hui Nationality mothers' and women's education level and constantly create the beneficial environment for family education. Last, we should reform school management, the structures and contents of curriculum, improve educational ways and methods, and increase the number of female teachers, especially for the quantity of Hui Nationality female teachers, continuously improve the schools' conditions, actively create the beneficial schooling environment for Hui Nationality girls, and enhance their self-confidence and achievement.
