The Development On Multimedia Textbook For Physical Experiment In Engineering University

The application of computer multimedia technology in education has become a trend in current education reform and especially textbook construction has been being the focus of education reform. The purpose of teaching reform aims at enhancing creationary spirit and practical ability of students and at the same time, physical experiment plays an important role in this aspect.On the base of extensive investigation , the paper discusses the current teaching status of physical experiment in engineering university. Under this background, we carry out the development on multimedia textbook for physical experiment in engineering university and finally developed the courseware of multimedia textbook for physical experiment in engineering university , which has important theory meaning and reality value to change traditional teaching mode. The courseware is programmed with the software Visual Basic 6.0 ; its operation interface style is similar to Windows'; it has many good characteristics ,such as friendly interface, steady running environment and strong practicability and to some degree, these characteristics may change current traditional teaching mode of physical experiment; at the same time, during the development of multimedia technology applied in college physical experimental textbook , we get much valuable experience and these have some reference value to other experimental course reform.
