It is the duty of our universities to cultivate the sublime personals that not only have the elegant knowledge and healthy body but also the high-minded moral. So it is important for us to study it.We aim to study the characteristic of college students' identifying on common behaviors, which include the cognition, the feeling and the behavioral reaction. We adduced the attribution theory to guide our study for we share the same opinion with Bernard Weiner on the responsibility and moral judgment .The questionnaire contained the controllability, the intentionally, the emotion, the responsibility and the behavioral reaction as the main dependent variables. The six scenarios, which were divided into three groups, were selected from the college teachers and students. Each group contained two similar scenarios, which were different in the extent of controllability and the internationality. The moral attribution of college students on common behaviors, which is the result of our research, is consistent to the attribution theory of Bernard Weiner according to the data analysis. And we do some discussion on the theory as well as to renew it.At the same time, we bring forward some strategies on the condition from the perspectives of the society and the education.
