| When we are facing the problem of 'Abrupt-developing Higher Education Massification', 'fear and uncertain feelings lead by press and nervousness are inevitable'. Rational study can help us go out from these feelings.This thesis tries to answer the following three questions: What is 'Objective Mode of Essential Higher Education Massification'? Why it is our ideal chose? How can it come to truth? Development is a comprehensive concept, which should conclude two measuring dimensions: quantity and quality. It is not enough for 'Trow Theory' to use only quantity —— Gross Enrollment Ratio of Higher Education to measure development ; What's more, it is misleading. Therefore, we put forward a new concept and objective mode —— 'Essential Higher Education Massification'. We think 'Essential Higher Education Massification' is the ideal objective mode of China higher education massification. Logically, to negate 'Abrupt-developing Higher Education Enrollment Expansion' is to regard 'Objective Mode of Essential Higher Education Massification' as positive.Due to higher education system's complication, it is indispensable for us to use 'Multi-disciplinary Views' to answer the question that why 'Objective Mode of Essential Higher Education Massification' is our ideal chose. In the scope of the world, this thesis studies the relevance between GNP ( per capita ) and Gross Enrollment Ratio of Higher Education. This study and the experience of India higher education development both prove that 'Abrupt-developing Higher Education Enrollment Expansion' is not the right way.
