Cultivation And Practice Of The CAI Ability Of Middle School Mathematics Teachers

The world today is an economic society full of knowledge and information explosions, which offers all nations chances for development, and further-more it challenges our education unprecedentedly : New and higher quality requirement of teachers, especially teachers' ability of using computer technology in teaching should be enhanced, modern information technology is developing so fast that it provides new teaching means to the traditional education and leads to education modernization. However, High school teachers are burdened with heavy teaching task under the increasing pressure of exam: senior high school entrance examination and college entrance examination. Lack of information and nurturing, the teachers' education ideas fall far behind. As a result, they ignore modern education technology and seldom use CAI in teaching, which are the bottlenecks for education modernization and the development of the teachers.This thesis poses the idea for cultivating teachers' ability of CAI, the principle of selection in study, a learning pattern?self-teaching; practice and reflection" and puts forward some approaches through investigation on it. Drawing on the experience of various kinds of teachers cultivating ways and the learning theory of constructivism and put it into practice in a middle school for half a year. After the experiment, we found that the best way to learn using CAI is to encourage teachers to use CAI in their teaching. In order to transform in the teachers view of CAI, We need to build a good "Computer culture" environment, changeable and open training program, curriculum system with both theory and practice, self-organized, high- efficient management, proper evaluation system on school training.At the same time, we also have made an inquiry into the problems on the use of CAI and have found that it is important to learn to use Internet with the development of it. The connection with computer using and mathematics teaching involves all kinds knowledge. At the same time, the training of the teachers is also a complex system. And our experiment lasted only half one year, so it is impossible for us to study deeply enough, leaving much to be searched cater.
