| E-Learning portfolio emphasizes on students' self-assessment, reflection and management on their learning during the learning process in a multi-media and e-learning context. And the self-assessment, the reflection and the management, based on learning performance and outcome, will to a great degree make learners participate in the learning activities, which improves the learners' learning efficiency as well as their qualities and facilitates their learning process. In Part 1 the author constructs a theory framework for e-learning portfolio and e-portfolio-based learning, working on its conception, theory, techniques, methods, and using it in the analysis of 2 cases. In Part 2, under the discussed theory framework and techniques, based on related investigation and using e-learning portfolio and the e-portfolio-based learning principle, the author makes a project plan on modern teachers' IT training, which provides brand-new idea and operating process for web-based training of teachers' IT literacy training in different areas and various schools. |
