This paper is to attempt at finding ways to the reform of Chinese teaching in primary and middle schools on the ground of the three combining points of the traditional and modern teaching.The first way is to make efforts to modernize Chinese teaching and maintain respect for the mother tongue teaching as a tradition. The reform of Chinese teaching in primary and middle schools, the birth of a way to education reform, which goes well with the reality of our country, both rely on making constant conclusions on fresh experiences and maintaining the traditional Chinese teaching relic in the process of studying new problems and new circumstances.The second way is to combine the teaching method of structural analysis and practical Chinese beauty-appreciation teaching, as subtle and whole. 'Keep the target at a distance in order to get close to it' -- this law is the scientific connotation of the theory on Chinese beauty-appreciation teaching, as subtle and whole. Only when seen from distant, the teaching is subtle. And again, only when seen from distant, can be captured the meaning of the teaching as a whole. During teaching practices, the awareness to keep a distance with the target when approaching it is always one of the psychological standards to judge whether or not a teacher is mature in teaching qualities.The third way, intensify the morality cultivation penetration of the Chinese teaching in primary and middle schools and maintain the quality of humanity of Chinese teaching. To respect the originality of the text preconditions the realization of the quality of humanity of Chinese teaching.
