Step Into A Silent World

Nowadays,the basic education reform in the macroscopic field becomes deepen into the microcosmic field gradually.The research about the professionalization of teachers is hot as well as complicate.The growing=up and development of the teachers is drawing more and more attention.The teaching art is also an old as well as a new subject in the research on teachers.The teaching art indicates to the teachers' growing-up,but as a part of the teaching art ,the art of the body language is lack of peoples' enough attention yet,and the teachers' covert role reflected in the body language from the socialize perspective is a topic with gread significance.The classroom has flexible and changeable structure,situations and interactions. To concern about the teachers' and students' Being in the classroom from the persona reflected in the body language is the goal of this research.Persona is originally referred to as the mask used by ancient actors,representing therr characters-.And later ,it is used by a psychologist Jung as an important concept and idea.In the theory of Robert .E.park,persona is the synonym of people's social attribute.The body language expresses the changes of the people's emotions and feelings.But the body language can also be used to conceal one's emotion when someone is aging or becoming experienced.So one important function of the body languages is the function of the persona.In the research,! distinguished the types of personas,the function of the body languages of teachers and the students in the classroom,and also explored the main affected factors.This research adopted the Qualitative research ,and the researcher is a "tool" in the research,and the internal structure and the external expressions of the tool are very important in the research.In general,the Qualitative research calls for the "sympathy" of the researchers and the cooperators.Only the researcher understands the cooperators really,he or she should gain the trust and cooperation from them.My research began in Aprail ,2001 and ended in January,2002.The data is collected maily from the observation,questionnaive investigation,conversation and material objects.I also tried to make interview through internet at the first time,and I was benefited from it.In my research,the content are mainly about the objective description and interpretation of the personas of the teachers and students,but I don't make a judgement.I'm glad to provide some description about lively situation in the classroom of Primary school,reveal the significence and also the comprehension on all kinds of situations.Maybe different "texts" should have different comprehension. But if my research could arouse some thinking and concerning ,that's my joy.
