Children develop themselves interactively with their surrounding people, particularly their parents, teachers, and classmates. As the main forms of mutual interaction, the teacher-student interaction and student-student interaction in particular is of significant impacts on the development of Children抯 ability to learn new knowledge, improve social skills, and psychological health, among which building up interactive relationship is much meaningfttl to the increasing of classroom teaching qualities. This article tends to have a detailed study on the implications, theoretical basis, operating principles and objectives of implementation to analyse the four effective factors from interactive main roles and foundation. I think that the interactive model of teaching is a kind of teaching methodology of paying really close attention to the development of students?being principal part and to the true quality-oriented education in classroom teaching.
