Interactive analysis system of teachers and students'classroom interactive speech act was put forward by an American educationist Ned.Flanders in the early 1960s. The system provides an effective way for exploring the nature of classroom teaching for the reason that it grasps the essence of classroom teaching. Even today, it is still an ideal means of analyzing and evaluating classroom teaching and doing educational research. So this study deployed based on this theory.Part One of the essay clarifies the background and significance of this study, Part Two and Three review the theoretical principles, Part Four reveals the actuality, characteristics and problems about teachers and students' classroom speech act through statistics analysis of twelve primary school curriculums, Part Five and Six give some suggestions based on the results of the study, and make deep introspection on the significance and the limitations of this study.The results indicate that there are a big shortage of the first, second and third kinds of teachers'speech acts, but these acts of expert teachers' are more than that of new teachers', higher-grade teachers' are more than that of lower-grade teachers', the difference is significant. There is also a big shortage of the ninth kind of students'speech act, but the students'active speech act in male teachers'classes is more than that of female teachers', the difference is significant. Other teachers and students' classroom speech acts are on equilibrium, the differences are not significant among examples. Most of the teachers and students'classroom interactive speech acts are the "question and answer model", which is also called (4, 8) model. This model is comparatively singularity. The occurrence frequency of ordered pairs (9, 3),(4, 9),(4, 3) is zero, which indicates that the creative inquiry model of teachers and students' classroom interactive speech act is almost non-existent.Based on the present results, this essay presents some reflections and suggestions on the aspects of speech process, speech patterns, speech psychology and speech targets.
