| China has been adoring studying since ancient times. Over fifty years after liberation, especially from the reform and opening to the outside world, education is tightly connected with the development of science and technology, and the continuous improvement of social productivity and the life of people. But we ought to know that there exist also some problems as well as the achievements we抳e made. In June 1999, the Third National Education Conference declared æ‡ecision on Further Educational System Reform and Completely Carrying out Quality Education by the CPCCC?(the Communist Party of China抯 Central Committee). Then all kinds of schools consider the quality education as the aim of schooling, while the subject education is the real frame of schooling. Therefore each subject focuses on how to carry out the quality education through the subject itseW so does mathematics. The article recalls the status of mathematics education, illustrating the necessitating and stress of mathematics quality education; comparatively analyzes the range theory of the connotation of quality education in mathematics and clarifies the author抯 own opinion: mathematics quality education consists of three levels, which are moral quality education, science and culture quality education, and meatal quality education. They reflect the goal of mathematics quality education, and show the needs in reality and future. Then, here the three levels are analyzed in details. Moral quality education includes cultivating the students? devoting spirit to science and their dialectical materilistic point of view, and forming the idea of mathematics beauty. Science and culture quality education includes learning basic mathematics knowledge, forming mathematics thinking method, and cultirating their mathematics abilities progressively. Mental quality ft education refers to cultivating intelligence and non-intelligence factors. Analyzing in details shows the functions of mathematics quality education, and reflects the realistic and potential possibilities, which primarily form the inner and outer unification of mathematics as well as the unification of needs and possibilities. Combining with class teaching, the article focuses on how to carry out the above quality education. And also, some particular measures and methods are put forward to improve the weak points in class teaching. For examples, the forming process of know ledge should be paid more attention in teaching basic mathematics knowledge by practising æ„udging timely?teaching; to show, deepen and practise mathetics thinking method by knowledge-happening, problem-solving and review in cultivating mathematics thinking method; mathematics communification ability, problem-solving abilcty and other synthetical mathematics abilities should be emphasized in culivating mathematics abilities. By analyzing the characteristic of the evaluation of the mathematics class teaching according to quality education, he makes full use of fuzzy synthesis judgment math model in mathematics class teaching in order to bring the mathematics education over in quality education by evaluation. |
